This Privacy Policy explains how Mix Checker handles information when you use the Mix Checker Android app, DAW plugin, and website.

Summary

Mix Checker is designed to stream audio locally between your DAW plugin and your Android phone. We do not intentionally upload or store your DAW audio on Mix Checker cloud servers.

Information we may process

• Local network information: the app may use IP address, device name, session ID, and pairing tokens to connect your phone to the DAW plugin on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot network.
• Camera access: the Android app may use the camera only to scan the Mix Checker plugin QR code. We do not store QR scanner images.
• Usage and entitlement data: the app may store local settings such as free usage time, selected theme, premium status, and subscription state.
• Ad data: free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect advertising identifiers, device information, diagnostics, and related ad data according to Google's policies.
• Billing data: Premium subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
• Support messages: if you email us, we may receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

Audio handling

Mix Checker streams DAW audio locally from the plugin to the Android app over your local network. The app is intended for real-time monitoring. Mix Checker does not intentionally record, upload, sell, or store your DAW audio on our servers.

Advertising

The free version of Mix Checker may display banner ads, interstitial ads at safe checkpoints, and rewarded ads for extra free usage time. Ads may be provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and ad-related data to provide, measure, and improve ads.

Premium subscriptions

Mix Checker Premium may remove ads and usage limits. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscription status may be checked to unlock Premium features.

Permissions

• Internet / network state: required for local streaming, ads, billing, and opening external pages.
• Camera: used only for QR pairing.
• Advertising ID: may be used by Google AdMob for ads where allowed by platform rules.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Some information may be processed by third-party services used by the app, such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, to provide ads, billing, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related platform services.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the app and website. Local network audio streaming depends on your own network security. Use trusted Wi-Fi or hotspot connections when using Mix Checker.

Children

Mix Checker is a professional audio utility and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
