Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mix Checker Android app, DAW plugin, and website. By using Mix Checker, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Mix Checker is an audio monitoring tool that helps users stream DAW master output from a desktop plugin to an Android app over a local Wi-Fi or hotspot connection.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mix Checker for personal or professional audio monitoring, subject to these terms and applicable law.

3. Requirements

You are responsible for having a compatible DAW, computer, Android device, network connection, and audio setup. Performance may vary depending on your device, DAW, Wi-Fi, hotspot, firewall, and system configuration.

4. Free and Premium plans

The free version may include ads, timed checkpoints, and usage limits. Premium may remove ads and usage limits while your subscription is active. Subscription availability, price, taxes, and billing terms may vary by country and platform.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Android Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through your Google Play account. We do not process payment cards directly.

6. Ads and rewarded ads

Free users may see banner ads, interstitial ads at safe checkpoints, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads provide the described in-app benefit only after the ad provider confirms that the reward was earned.

7. Plugin downloads

Only download Mix Checker installers from official Mix Checker pages or trusted distribution channels. Do not modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software except where allowed by law.

8. No warranty

Mix Checker is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, zero-latency, or perfectly lossless monitoring in every environment. Always verify critical audio decisions using your own professional judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of Mix Checker.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Mix Checker, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription or ad systems, or use the software in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update Mix Checker and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
